Your information is reviewed only by authorized Canada Citizenship Help staff and is not disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, except as required under the following conditions:

• To designate Canada Citizenship Help employees and agents,

• To Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) as part of the application process,

• When required by law.

Confidentiality agreements and the Code of Professional Conduct applicable to regulated immigration professionals in Canada bind all agents and employees.

Information Required

We collect only the information necessary to:

• Accurately complete your application,

• Keep you informed of your application status, and

• Provide authorized access to updates (for example, for a family member or legal representative, with your prior consent).

If you are submitting applications for other individuals, it is your responsibility to ensure that those individuals also consent to the disclosure of their personal information to Canada Citizenship Help.

Security Practices

To protect your data, we employ the following security measures:

• Upon registration, each client has a private, secure link to upload their completed application and supporting documents.

• All data transmitted via this link or email is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

• Client data is stored on secure servers located in Canada.

• Personal information is deleted from our system once the client has confirmed receipt of their Citizenship Certificate.

• Registration and associated data are permanently deleted three years after service completion.

Access and Updates

With your authorization, Canada Citizenship Help may share application status updates with you or a third party. Identity verification is required before any information is disclosed.
