The use of this website is bound by the following terms and conditions:
Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) is a private company and we are NOT a government agency.
Our pledge
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of customer service and do our best for our clients. Canada Citizenship Help is attentive to our customers’ needs and has developed the most innovative, easy-to-use, efficient website that will help prevent processing delays.
We at Canada Citizenship Help can only advise you on getting a Canadian Citizenship quickly and easily — we are not responsible for any delays or mistakes that are caused by factors outside of our control, or for missing application requirements including but not limited to: photos, unsigned applications, and remittance of proof of citizenship. Canada Citizenship Help assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications, mail delays, or delays caused by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) is not responsible for any documents accidentally held or lost by the post office, courier services, or the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The granting of a citizenship certificate and the time required for processing the application are at the sole discretion of the government of Canada and not Canada Citizenship Help. Furthermore, the fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.
If, however, Canada Citizenship Help does not complete the tasks identified under section 2 of the Retainer Agreement, Canada Citizenship Help will refund part or all of the professional fees collected. The refund is issued based on the following conditions:
- If you cancel within the same day as placing your order, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 6 months of placing your order, you will receive a refund subject to a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.
- If you cancel within 6 to 12 months of placing your order, you will receive a refund subject to a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee.
- Any cancelation request after 12 months will not be subject to any refund.
The fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid.
Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. The credit card company may take up to 7 additional business days to post the refund to the client account.
Legal
Canada Citizenship Help provides an online portal for visitors to obtain general information about Canadian Citizenship applications and the application process but is not a substitute for professional advice.
Ownership
The site and its components, together with the arrangement and compilation of the text found on this site, are the copyright property of Canada Citizenship Help. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this site are registered and are common law Trademarks of Canada Citizenship Help. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting, by any license or right, the use of any of the Trademarks without the written permission of Canada Citizenship Help.
Use of the site
Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to place legitimate orders or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation to make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders.
This site and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, data compilations, and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the written permission of Canada Citizenship Help. However, you may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any Web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, Web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site.
You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that Canada Citizenship Help deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits Canada Citizenship Help obtains from your use of the site.
Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws or other laws. You must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials, and you must not alter, obscure, or obliterate any of such notices. The use of such materials on any other Web site or in any environment of networked computers is prohibited.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. In addition, you are prohibited from posting or transmitting any information which

Termination
Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca), as applicable.
Assignment
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations hereunder.
Modification
Canada Citizenship Help (canadacitizenshiphelp.ca) may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
Severability
These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Entire agreement
This User Agreement, together with the Retainer Agreement and any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
