Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing and using canadacitizenshiphelp.ca, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. General Information

Canada Citizenship Help is operated by Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services, a private company led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), fully licensed and in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

We are not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other government agency.

We provide professional services to assist with the preparation and submission of Canadian citizenship applications. We do not issue citizenship certificates ourselves.

  1. Our Commitment

At Canada Citizenship Help, we are committed to the highest standards of client service. Our easy-to-use online platform is designed to minimize errors and avoid unnecessary delays.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or errors caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Missing or incorrect application materials (e.g., unsigned forms, incorrect photos, or lack of proof of citizenship)
  • Postal or courier errors or delays
  • Processing timelines or decisions made by IRCC or other government agencies
  • Documents lost by postal or courier services, IRCC, or other authorities
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Decisions regarding citizenship applications and processing timelines are at the sole discretion of the Government of Canada.

Our professional fees are non-refundable if your application is refused by IRCC. However, a full refund may be granted if Canada Citizenship Help has not provided any services outlined in Section 2  and in accordance with the Refund Policy section 6 of the Service Agreement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

  1. Legal Disclaimer and Professional Relationship

By retaining our services, you enter into a binding Retainer Agreement with Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services. This creates a contractual and fiduciary relationship regulated by the CICC.

Under this relationship:

  • Fiduciary Duty – We act in the client’s best interests, provide competent service, maintain confidentiality, and avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Contractual Relationship – The Retainer Agreement defines the scope of services, fees, responsibilities of both parties, and termination conditions.
  • Regulatory Oversight – The RCIC is licensed and regulated by the CICC, which enforces a Code of Professional Conduct and provides a mechanism for client complaints.
  • Confidentiality – RCICs are legally bound by strict confidentiality obligations under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
